Throughout the NFL season, we’ll check in with former Idaho State football players and other notable locals currently in the NFL. Here’s an update after Week 10 of the season.

Taysom Hill (Highland HS) — BYU, New Orleans Saints

Taysom Hill contributed just about every way he could for the Saints’ offense in a 26-9 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.

Hill completed his only pass attempt of the game, a 17-yarder to Michael Thomas on New Orleans’ first drive of the game.

He also had one carry for 11 yards and one reception for 3 yards.

The completion was Hill’s second of the season. He’s completed both of his pass attempts.

It was the first time Hill had a pass completion, a rushing attempt and a reception in a game since a 30-20 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Oct. 28, 2018.
