SAND DUNES – A 40-something-year old man suffered a broken collarbone after crashing his motorcycle at the Sand dunes around 4 p.m. on Saturday.

The man was traveling with a group of fellow motorcyclists when he crashed. It wasn’t clear if the man knew how badly he was hurt as he rode his motorcycle back to the Egin Lakes Campground.

“He jumped back on his machine and rode it back into the campground, and the ambulance picked him up,” said Fremont County Sheriff Len Humphries.

It wasn’t known where the man was from or if he remained in the hospital.
