Rexburg

Project Protect, a service project created in Utah to produce masks for health care workers, sent about 190 kits to Rexburg on May 6. Each kit had 100 masks to be sewn. In the last two weeks of May, Upper Valley residents created over 93,000 clinical-grade pleated masks.

Education

The Upper Valley Music Teachers Association’s Scholarship Competition looked a bit different this year. Due to restrictions from COVID-19, only High School Seniors competed and the competition was held completely through recorded entries.
