The Madison Cats traveled to Jackson, Wyoming Friday where they beat the Post 43 Giants 18U in both their games.
In their first game, they dominated 16-3 in five innings.
Adrian Blanco pitched three innings allowing three hits and a run with four strikeouts and no walks. Carter Stapelman pitched two innings allowing three hits and two runs with one strikeout and two walks.
Jett Merrll went 2/2 at the plate, Jace Leatham hit a double and Ceigan Sutton hit a triple.
Their second game was a little closer. Madison won 16-12. PST4 outscored them 6-2 in the first inning but the Cats consistently scored throughout the first five innings then knocked in seven innings in the sixth to take a commanding lead. PST4 scored five runs in the final inning but it was too little too late.
Mason Parker pitched under an inning allowing two hits and six runs with one strikeout and five walks. Ikakai Jensen pitched four innings allowing two hits and one run with seven strikeouts and three walks. Ceigan Sutton pitched two innings allowing three hits and five runs with two strikeouts and one walk.
Adrian Blanco, Ikakai Jensen and Marc Telford made a double play.
Jace Leatham went 3/5 at the plate and Kameron Kostial went 2/3. Tyler Pena and Ceigan Sutton each hit doubles.
The Cats next games are a double header with Shelley at Shelley High school Tuesday at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
