Warren J. Walters is celebrating 95 years of a wonderful life. His family honored him with a weekend of gatherings in his home including all of his 6 children and their spouses, and many of his 29 grandchildren and 69 great grandchildren.
Warren was born April 18, 1924, in Salem, Idaho to Orrin and Dessie Jensen Walters. He graduated from Sugar-Salem High School and also received a bachelor degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He served in the Navy during WWII and the Korean War.
Warren married Barbara LaRue Schwendiman in Cardston, Canada on July 31 1948. She passed away in 1915.
He has had a happy and successful career including farming, owning and operating Walters Produce and helping to develop Sun-Glo. He has been the recipient of many awards and much recognition in the industry.
Active in the LDS Church , he served as Bishop, High Councilor, High Priest Group Leader and Stake Superintendent of Young Men,
