A. Graydon Burton was born in Afton, Wyoming on May 14, 1934 to Alva and Donna Burton.
He was in the hospital long-term as a child, then graduated from ISU in Music Education. He married Patricia Obray on October 31, 1952 in the Salt Lake Temple. He taught music, drivers education, and history in Nevada for 16 years, and then moved to Rexburg, Idaho to work at Ricks College. He has spent his life in service in the military, as an LDS missionary, and in the Rexburg community. He has five children; Ken (Stacy), David (Shuen), Laurie (John), Sharlene (John) and Kristine (Chuck). He has 21 grandchildren and almost 34 great-grandchildren.
An open house will be held Saturday June 15 from 2-4 p.m. at 896 Widdison Lane in Rexburg. No gifts, please.
